We're a democratic organization that's improving the lives of all working families and holding decision makers accountable – on the job site and in our communities.

We're creating partnerships to solve the biggest issues facing workers, businesses and local residents.

HOPE is affiliated with both the Service Employees International Union
(SEIU) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), ensuring that HOPE supporters get the best of both worlds – expertise in improving wages and benefits and longtime experience here in Houston.
